Innovations in Living with Dementia: Community Forum

The 5th Annual Innovations in Living with Dementia is a community forum with interactive education on social engagement and wellness, followed by a presentation from the Central and Western Kansas Alzheimer’s Association on the topic of, "Living with Mild Cognitive Impairment: A Conversation with Darrell Foss." This event is free to the public and is designed for individuals who are looking for information on ways to maintain both physical and mental health as they age. Darrell Foss is an Alzheimer’s Association advocate and National Early-Stage Advisor. Join us for a discussion on his experience living with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Breana Tucker, Program Director for the Alzheimer's Association Central and Western Kansas chapter will facilitate an interview style presentation with Darrell as he describes his experience getting the diagnosis, navigating day-to-day challenges and his commitment to staying active and engaged in the community.
