Our 35th annniversary season opens with the popular holiday concert "Sounding Joy." The Christmas story has inspired some of the most-loved music for choirs, from simple carols to majestic anthems to heart-warming seasonal ballads. Works by GF Handel, Francis Poulenc and arrangements both traditional and jazzy will be paired with classic tales and legends of Christmas, narrated by actor Chuck Parker. This 30-voice adult, auditioned ensemble is led by Dr Mark Bartel of Friends University.
